Heavy Wall Nylon Tubing Manifold, 1000 PSI Operating Pressure
Atomization Nozzle Assemblies use Push On Style Fittings, 1000PSI
Operating Pressure.
Manifold tubing is cut to length and the nozzle assemblies are
pushed on as required on site.
Atomization nozzles produce 10-micron fog droplets.
An antidrip mechanism prevents dripping and water damage.
The flow rate of each nozzle is 0.022 GPM at 1000 PSI.
Each nozzle has a 0.008" orifice.

Numerous Push On Style Fittings are available to create a variety
of manifold Layouts as illustrated.
Manifold Tubing can be secured in position using hose clamps or
alternatively the entire manifold assembly can be suspended on
cables.

800 to 1200 PSI
operating pressure to create 10 micron sized fluid droplets.
Inlet water solenoid valve to shut off water supply to pump when
not in operation.
10 & 5 Micron Inlet Water Filters.
CAT triplex plunger pump head 2000 PSI pressure rated with large
oil capacity.
Inlet and outlet water pressure gauge to record water pressure at
pump module at all times.
Pressure regulator, adjusts pressure from 0 to 1200 PSI
External thermally protected by pass loop. cools & circulates
unused pressurized water, drains overheated water if required
Baldor or WEG TEFC motor, continuous duty rated.
22mm Pilot lights / Fault Lights for power supply, system
operation, motor overload and low inlet water pressure
Reset buttons for motor overload and low inlet water pressure

Pump Module Package Layout
Each Industrial Pump Module Package includes a pump module, wall
mount water filter and treatment assembly and a wall mount motor
starter panel.
Filter
Assembly / Water Treatment Details:
Triple Water Filtration – 50, 10 & 5 micron inlet water
filters remove sediment and particulate matter from inlet water
supply.
Large High Capacity Filters – maximizes filter life and
minimizes servicing requirements
Specialized X-scale Inlet Water Conditioner – adjusts the TDS
content of inlet water to minimize nozzle maintenance, requires no
servicing or maintenance.
Electrical Enclosure – Nema 4x and IP66 approved electrical
junction box with terminal strips with liquid tight conduit &
cord connections.
Filter Assembly includes a heavy duty 1/4” thick bracket that
will not flex or bend
