The World's Most Efficient and Effective Odor Control System
Designed for indoor or outdoor use, A rugged stainless steel cabinet encloses the regenative blower, vaporizing system and controls of the Piian Vaporizer System. The system is built on a stand to accomodate up to a 55 gallon (220 liter) drum of Piian HD Concentrate Odor Neutralizer; easy-to-use controls are safely located behind a NEMA 4X Lexan cover. The unit can be conveniently located near any appropriate power source and the Piian Odor Neutralizer Vapor piped to the location of your odor problems. No water supply is needed and the system will operated down to minus 50 degrees F.

Sophisticated Controls for Maximum Efficiency
The Piian Vaporizer System includes a variety of features that make it easy to operate and to keep costs at a minimum. Controls allow you to decide how much neutralizer is used and how often the Vaporizer System operates. An on/off switch enables you to shut down the system when it’s not needed. Indictor lights keep the user informed of the systems operating status. A buzzer alerts the user when the odor neutralizer container is low and empty. If desired, optional sensors can automatically shuts down the Vaporizer when selected environmental conditions exceed or drop below a set maximums or minimums (user adjustable) so odor neutralizer is not wasted.

Vaporizer Technology ~ 1 Micron Droplets
The Piian Vaporizer System uses a unique vaporization method that creates 1 micron sized droplets odor neutralizer. This process eliminates the necessity to dilute the odor neutralizer with water prior to delivery. The Piian Vaporizer's advanced technology provides safer and superior performance. Additionally, the Piian Vaporizer is less expensive to purchase and operate than competing technologies such as fog systems and other large scale spray systems.

Simple & Flexible Operation
Most installations, like a waste water treatment facility, only require connecting the unit to a power source and blowing the Piian Odor Neutralizer vapor directly in the odorous environment or vapor may be blown along distribution pipes to the location of your odor problem.

Simple Installation - Everything you need except the piping system
There are two vapor distribution methods:
1. Multiple Pipe Perforations: Normally used in exterior environments. Conduit pipe is used to surround or form a barrier along one edge of a sweage sludge tak or open pit, etc. 1/8" diameter holes are bored into the pipe at regular intervals, example 12" apart or 24" apart. The Piian Odor Neutralizer vapor is blown out through the holes and delivered to the odor source.
2. Pipe Tees: Normally used for inside environments where there are specific odor sources. Conduit pipe is brought to each odor source and a tee is installed to let the Piian Odor Neutralizer vapor escape.
