The Finest Odor Control System on the Market
Designed for indoor or outdoor use, A rugged stainless steel cabinet encloses the pumping system and controls of the Piian Mini Vaporizer System. The system includes a lower cabinet to lock up a 5 gallon (20 liter) pail of odor neutralizer; easy-to-use controls are safely located behind a NEMA 4X Lexan cover. The unit can be conveniently mounted on a wall surface or on an optional pedestal.
Sophisticated Controls for Maximum Efficiency
The Piian Mini Vaporizer System includes a variety of features that make it easy to operate and to keep costs at a minimum. Controls allow you to decide how much neutralizer is used and how often the Mini Sprayer System operates. An on/off switch enables you to shut down the system when it’s not needed. Indictor lights keep the user informed of the systems operating status. A buzzer alerts the user when the odor neutralizer container is low and empty. If desired, a built-in temperature sensor automatically shuts down the Mini Vaporizer when temperatures drop below a set minimum (user adjustable) so odor neutralizer is not wasted.
Vaporizer Technology ~ 1 Micron Droplets
The Piian Mini Vaporizer System uses a unique vaporization method that creates 1 micron sized droplets odor neutralizer. This process eliminates the necessity to dilute the odor neutralizer with water prior to delivery and means a 5 gallon pail of odor neutralizer will last over 1 year in normal operating conditions. The Piian Mini Vaporizer's advanced technology provides safer and superior performance. Additionally, the Piian Mini Vaporizer is less expensive to purchase and operate than competing technologies such as ozonators and other small scale sprayers.
Simple & Flexible Operation
Most installations like a trash room in a high rise residential building only require mounting the unit, putting the jug of Piian Odor Nuetralizer in the lower cabinet, plugging it into a standard electrical outlet and turning it on. If you need to eliminate the odors in an outdoor trash compactor or in a public restroom, a hose can be connected to the outlet on the top of the vaporization tube to convey the odor neutralizing vapor to the source of odor problem. This allows the unit to be installed in an out of the way place or in an easy to service location. See vapor outlet in the above picture. This makes the Piian Mini Vaporizer perfect for keeping stationary compactors, self-contained compactors and large restrooms odor free.
Simple Installation - Self Contained and Stationary Compactor Installation Kit
The optional compactor installation kit allows the odor neutralizer vapor to be conveyed directly into the compactor hopper or chute up to or 25 feet (8 meters) away. The kit includes all the parts required to connect the Piian Mini Vaporizer to the compactor.
