The Mini
Autoclave Sprayer System consists of a 1/3HP (0.5kW) x 250 PSI
(17BAR) pump unit enclosed in a vandal resistant 304L 20 Gauge
stainless steel chassis and cabinet to lock up a 5 gallon (20
Liter) pail of odor neutralizer, a 25’ (7.5M) section of UV
resistant manifold hose and a treaded 0.03GPM (110 cc per min) x 50
micron stainless steel misting nozzle.
The pump unit is secured to a wall close by the autoclave unit area
and the threaded nozzle is screwed through any available port on
the pressure vessel to spray 50 micron sized odor neutralizer
droplets directly inside the chamber and at the odor source. Signal
inputs to each of the timers on the Mini Autoclave System are
connected to the Autoclave control panel
Easy-to-use controls are located in a NEMA 4X enclosure behind a
Lexan cover that can be locked if required. The operation of the
unit is controlled using two simple timers, the first timer
controls how often and how long the unit sprays during the
autoclaving process, the second timer controls how long the unit
sprays during the door opening process. Indicator lights show when
the unit has power, another light shows when the unit is in
operation and a buzzer and separate light alerts the user if the
unit has run empty of odor neutralizer. Controls are manufactured
and assembled to meet NEC and IEC Standards. Standard power supply
is 115 vAC / 60Hz, 230 vAC / 50Hz is available.
