The Finest Odor Control System on the Market
A rugged stainless steel cabinet encloses the pumping system and controls of the Mini Autoclave Sprayer. The system includes a lower cabinet to lock up a 5 gallon (20 liter) pail of odor neutralizer; easy-to-use controls are safely located behind a Lexan cover. The unit can be conveniently mounted on a wall surface or on an optional pedestal
Sophisticated Controls for Maximum Efficiency
The Mini Autoclave Sprayer includes a variety of features that make it easy to operate and to keep costs at a minimum. Controls allow you to decide how much neutralizer is used and how often the Mini Autoclave Sprayer System operates. An on/off switch enables you to shut down the system when it’s not needed. Indictor lights keep the user informed of the systems operating status. A buzzer alerts the user when the odor neutralizer container is empty
Pressure Vessel Nozzle ~ 50 Micron Droplets
The Mini Autoclave setup includes a 250 PSI (17 BAR) pump module and a unique atomization nozzle that is installed through a port on the autoclave vessel. 50 Micron Droplets of Odor neutralizer are sprayed inside the autoclave during the autoclaving operation
