The Piian Mini Humidifier System consists of a vaporization unit
and electronic humidistat. The vaporization unit consists of a 1 HP
(0.75 kW) compressed air module enclosed in a vandal resistant 304L
20 Gauge stainless steel cabinet, a built in stainless steel
0.16GPH (600 cc per hour) x 1 1/2” (35 mm) permeation tube(s)
that creates 1 micron sized vapor of water droplets plus a Nema 4X
control panel with a lockable Lexan cover. The humidistat consists
of a Nema 4X control panel with digital readout and humidity
adjustment controls with a lockable Lexan cover plus a platinum
wire humidity sensor.
The vaporization unit is secured to a wall inside the environment
to be humidified; it vaporizes super fine 1 micron sized water
droplets into the surrounding air. The humidistat control panel is
normally mounted outside the humidified environment for easy
monitoring of humidity levels. A target humidity level is set on
the humidistat control panel. The humidistat automatically starts
the vaporization unit and keeps it running unit the target humidity
is reached at which point the system shuts down. When the humidity
level drops below 2% of the target humidly level, the humidistat
automatically restarts the vaporization unit. The target humidity
is easy set and adjusted on the control panel, the humidistat
records the highest and lowest humidity points over a 24 hour
period, the system will sound an alarm of the vaporization unit is
not receiving water.
A single vaporization unit will handle up 1000 Sq. Ft, multiple
vaporization units can be controlled by a single humidistat if more
coverage is required. Two sensors can be connected to a single
humidistat allowing two rooms of different sizes to be controlled
by the same humidistat control panel.
Both the vaporizer control panel and humidistat control panel have
lockout covers to prevent tampering. Controls are manufactured and
assembled to meet NEC and IEC Standards. Standard power supply is
115 vAC / 60Hz, 230 vAC / 50Hz is available
