In the past, humidification systems were available either as low cost low pressure sprayers that didn’t work very well or as an expensive custom designed high pressure fog system Now, Piian Systems introduces the Piian Flexi~Fog System, which combines the cababilities of a high pressure fog system but at an affordable price.
The Flexi~Fog System pumps ordinary water at 1000PSI pressure through a manifold tube, where it is released through highly specialized low flow atomization nozzles to form a fog of 10 micron sized droplets. The droplets are so fine they remained suspended in the air until completely evaporate occurs. When coupled with a humidistat, a Piian Flexi~Fog System can accurately and evenly raise and maintain humidity levels up to 95% RH

The Piian Flexi~Fog System is comes in a simple self-install kit. The kit includes a 1000PSI pump module, a coil of manifold tubing, between 10 and 130 nozzles and all necessary fittings. No tools are required for assembly; simply cut the manifold tube to the required length and “press-on” fittings are used to install the nozzles. The nozzle layout can be decided and adjusted during the installation. The pump module runs off any standard electrical outlet and garden hose connection.

The flow rate of each nozzle is only 0.022 GPM, the nozzles produce extremely fine 10 micron sized droplets.
